Punk Taco Hoping for a Fall Opening in Lansing

If there's one thing I Love, it's Mexican food.  There's a new place looking to open sometime this fall, Punk Taco, a tamale joint planned for a former gas station site near Frandor.

Owner Sam Short said "we're extremely excited to finally get the project underway and can't wait to start really experimenting with tacos and tamales."

Punk Taco has a goal to make progressive, addictively unique offerings.  Folks will have the opportunity to sample from the Punk Taco menu on May 21 when Zoobie's hosts Jumbo Luau, their open the patio bring on the summer outdoor festival.  Let's check it out in the Lansing State Journal.
