Have a Movie Theater All to Yourself at Celebration Cinema

Question, what is the best way to watch a movie? In a theater with just you and a few friends.

Oh yeah, this is totally a thing, and we did it over the weekend. For just $100 dollars you can book a theater at Celebration Cinema for up to 20 people and pick from a list of classic movies.

My daughter Carson came up with this brilliant idea for her boyfriend's birthday. With this rental you get to choose from a list of classic movies like Back To The Future, Jaws, Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, Minions or Jurassic Park, which is the movie we watched. Seriously, Jurassic Park on the big screen; it was awesome.

With six of us in a theater all to ourselves, the running commentary during the movie was hysterical. You can talk through the movie, check your phone, yell at the screen or shout out movie lines and nobody will tell you to be quiet.

Want to see a newer film? You can do that as well. To see a new release at Celebration Cinema the price starts at $250. That is for a theater for just you and 19 of your closest friends. Popcorn, pop and other snacks are not included in the price, you have to pay for them yourself.

My daughter booked the theater for us at 6 PM and once we loaded up on snacks, we headed to the theater we had to ourselves. Watching Jurassic Park on the big screen was so much fun, and it was the first time that my youngest daughter had ever seen that movie.

AMC theaters also rents out movie theaters. Not only is this an amazing way to watch a film on the big screen, it is also a good way to social distance from others.
