Postal Workers Stamp Out Hunger

Mail Carriers all across the country and right in your town will be 'Stamping out Hunger', tomorrow.

All you need to do to help is leave non-perishable food in a bag by your mailbox   Saturday May 10th.  When your mail carrier drives by they will stop and pick up the food and it will be taken to  your local food bank to help feed those in need in your community.

According to State figures, one in seven people right here in mid-Michigan are having a tough time getting food for their families.  Once kids are out of school for the summer many will be missing meals that they would normally get severed at school.

The need is great, so please help if you can.   Non perishable foods , left in a bag by your mail box this Saturday, keep in mind that every bit helps feed a local family.
