Oscar Nominations Are Out

The 91st Academy Awards  have been announced, and they are pretty much what we all expected.  They tend to mirror the Critics Choice and other award shows.

In case you missed, here are the nominations..

Best Picture    "A Star Is Born", "Roma", "Green Book",  "The Favourite",  "Black Panther", "'BlackKlansman",  "Bohemian Rhapsody)", and Vice.

The film Roma is the first nomination for Netflix.

Best Actor Nominees  are Bradly Cooper, Christian Bale, Willem Dafoe, Rami Malek, and Viggo Mortensen.

Best Actress  Nominees  Yalitza Aparicio, Glenn Close, Olivia Colman, Lady Gaga and Melissa McCarthy.

Supporting actress nominees ...Amy Adams, Marina De Tavira, Regina King, Emma Stone and Rachel "Weisz.
