New Vendor at the Allen Farmer’s Market in Lansing

Remember those delicious sauces that helped make up your favorite dishes at Emil's Restaurant?  Now you can have them in your own home.

Emil's Too is a new vendor at the Allen Farmer's Market in Allen Market Place in Lansing and will sell the tomato and alfredo sauces to carry on the Emil's tradition..

Owner Paul Grescowie had promised to launch his sauce sales from the market after closing his Michigan Avenue restaurant last November.  Emil's had been in operation for 94 years, one of the city's oldest restaurants.

Other new vendors in the market include Tongue Huggers, hot sauces made from local produce, and Lansing Pasta Company, fresh pasta created with local, organic ingredients. The Lansing State Journal has more!
