Monkees Celebrate 50th Anniversary with New Releases

As The Monkees celebrate their 50th anniversary this year, they're releasing some great box sets for fans and collectors!

The most-anticipated release is the complete Monkees' TV series on Blu-Ray: unedited and remastered from the original negatives. It's a ten-disc set with all the TV episodes, their only feature film "Head," their 1968 TV special "33 1/3 Revolutions Per Monkee" and a whole extra disc of outtakes, promos, bloopers, TV commercials and much more. The box also includes a booklet  with synopses of all their episodes and a new 7" vinyl record containing two Monkee songs, "Goin' Down" and "Star Collector."

Also released is a ten-CD box set featuring all their studio albums from the 1960's and many bonus tracks.

And don't forget the Monkees BRAND NEW album, "Good Times," released earlier this year. Also, try to catch them on tour this summer!
