Michigan Ranked #1 State in the U.S.

A recent list ranks Michigan as the #1 state in the U.S.

Why, you ask?

The compilers of the list say that Michigan's "greatest strengths lie in the state as a whole" and list some of our state's charms that involve the coastline, beer, the U.P. and Kid Rock.

Others in the Top Ten that Michigan beat out are California, Colorado and Hawaii. Now -  are you curious about which state ranked the absolute LOWEST at #50? Surprisingly, it's not Kentucky, Alabama, Tennessee or any state that is considered too 'redneck.'
