Many Celebs In Hollywood Have Michigan Roots

Whenever I'm watching a movie or listening to the radio, I love to point out to my kids who is from Michigan, and it's a lot of people.

Even I was amazed as I started making a list of who came from this beautiful state of  ours. We appear to be fertile ground for those who want a job in Hollywood.

Actors, singers, comedians,  and even big time movie producers can all claim Michigan as their home state.

I also found that you can take the celebrity out of Michigan, but you can't take the Michigan out of them.

When you head up north in the summer, it is very possible to run into a celebrity as many of them have summer homes in Northern Michigan, or by some body of water.
