Looking for Things to Do Around Greater Lansing in October?
It's the start of a brand new month and that means there are things to do in and around Greater Lansing in the month of October.
According to the Lansing State Journal, there are several local events that are submitted via email that might meet one of your specific needs.
Everything from getting a flu shot in Williamston to being a part of the Lansing Symphony Orchestra's reverse raffle and silent auction.
Let's begin with seniors getting their flu shots at the Williamston Area Senior Center on Tuesday, Oct. 6. Flu shots provided by Rite Aid of Okemos. Blood Pressure checks will be provided as well by Willows of Okemos.
On Wednesday, Oct. 7, you can join the Capital Area District Libraries online on the first and third Wednesdays of the month for an escape room challenge. You may even win a prize. I've never tried one of those escape rooms yet but I hear that they're fun and challenging.
