I can't say that I'm a baker by any means, but I can tell you that I love eating delicious baked goods whenever I get the chance.

According to the Lansing State Journal, Jeremy Davis was a winner about a year ago on Food Network's Girl Scout Cookie Championship.

Here's some really good news. Jeremy will get another shot to be on Food Network's show called Easter Basket Challenge. Jeremy is one of seven bakers competing on his new show.

Easter Basket Challenge will air over five one hour episodes.  I want to watch this show to get some really good ideas from not only Jeremy Davis, but the other contestants on the show as well.

Davis, a father of three who runs Designed by Daddy Custom Cakery, a home baking business he started four years ago, said the show's casting staff reached out to him last fall to ask if he was interested in auditioning for the show.  Lansing State Journal.

If you remember watching "Girl Scout Cookie Championship," Jeremy won an episode with something that's going to make your mouth water.

Davis won with a dark chocolate cake with toasted coconut buttercream, a caramel drizzle and crushed Samoas. This sounds so delicious.

We can tell you that Jeremy Davis is so good at what he does, he started Designed by Daddy Custom Cakery about four years ago.

He bakes at night and on weekends only.

Easter Basket Challenge will air on Monday nights at 10 PM on the Food Network. I know what I'll be doing tonight. Thank you Jeremy, we love your baked goodies!
