Preserving Michigan History, Featuring Lansing’s Knapp’s Dept. Store

For those of you who appreciate Michigan - and Lansing - history, take a look at this five-minute-plus 'Pure Michigan' video, "Preserving History" from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation.

Not only does it take you inside downtown Lansing's old Knapp's Department Store building (as it looks today), but it also features segments on the Bohm Theater in Albion and the David Whitney Building in Detroit.

The segment on Knapp's begins at 3:25, in case you wanna skip ahead (they saved the best segment 'til last, even though it's only a couple of minutes long).

It's most definitely Pure Michigan.
