Komen Race for the Cure

A big heart felt thanks to all runners and walkers who joined us at the 12th annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.  It was a sea of pink in Downtown Lansing Sunday afternoon with the kids 1 mile race and of course the 5k run/walk.

People from all over Mid-Michigan came out and supported this incredible event that still carries a strong message.  To find a cure for Breast Cancer once and for all.

In the Lansing State Journal today, a picture of Jack Wein of East Lansing is shown as he crosses the finish line.  Another great picture of a Holt family finishes the Komen Race for the Cure with lots of smiles.

The fight will continue until we beat this horrible disease.  Again, thank you for your support.
