I stayed in a wonderful boutique Hotel in South Beach , The Hotel of South Beach has a pool and is right on the Ocean.  Their rooftop bar and pool have the best views, and that was where my love affair with the Mojito began.

Also stayed at the Bal Harbor Hotel, it has a 5 star rating and is right across the street from a very up scale mall and restaurants.  Fun Fact, I saw Jennifer Lopez there one night and Anna Kornakova (tennis player) there as well.  I even rode down in the elevator of the Hotel with Kate Pierson of the B-52's.
