Keeping a Food Diary May Help to Lose Weight

According to WILX-News 10, Your Breaking News and Weather Authority, keeping a food diary may be the best way to lose weight.
Researchers followed 142 people who recorded their calorie and fat intake online for all foods and drinks they consumed for six months.
Based on the research, those who were most successful lost 10 percent of their body weight and spent less than 15 minutes per day on their food diary by the end of the study.
