I have learned so many different things that I should have learned before from simply scrolling on TikTok.

He shared the best way to answer them to make sure you stay out of trouble.

You have probably heard these questions before if you have ever been pulled over.

  1. Do you know how fast you were going?
  2. Can we search your car?
  3. Where are you coming from?
  4. Do you know why I pulled you over?

How Do You Answer The Most Common Trick Questions From A Michigan Cop?

Hernandez said that the way that you answer these four questions will change how the interaction between you and the officer goes and whether or not you could get into trouble.

When an officer asks you, "Do you know how fast you were going?," Hernandez recommends answering with "I was going the speed limit."

Hernandez says that if an officer asks, "Can we search your car?," the only answer you should give is a simple "No."

If an officer asks you, "Where are you coming from?," you respond with "Officer, I'm just trying to get home."

Lastly, Hernandez says that if an officer asks you, "Do you know why I pulled you over?," you simply respond with, "I do not."

Will you use these in your next cop interaction?
