The premise of the popular television show is as follows,

Shark Tank is a nationwide search to discover the next successful (and possibly wealthy) entrepreneurs, inventors, businesspersons, creators, and innovators. In each episode, budding entrepreneurs are given an unprecedented chance to make their businesses grow immediately.

Contestants have the exciting and nerve-racking opportunity to pitch ideas to a panel of 'sharks'. The sharks are super successful business people. All contestants need is for one shark to bite - as in want to invest in a contestants business. When multiple sharks compete to invest in a contestant's business, things get really interesting.

Hopefully, that will be the case for Traverse City, Michigan residents, Garret and Dakota Porter. The brothers are the creators of ActionGlow. Since 2013, Garret and Dakota have been lighting up the water, streets, and slopes with their exciting LED light kits.

Do you need more of an explanation as to what ActionGlow is all about? Check out this video.

Think of them as reflectors for outdoor sports enthusiasts. You wouldn't jog or ride your bike in the dark without reflectors, so why would you ski or wakeboard at night without ActionGlow?

Will the brothers convince a shark to invest in AfterGlow? We will find out this Friday, November 18th at 8:00 PM when the show airs on ABC. According to The Ticker,  Garrett and Dakota Porter were rejected by the show three times. This was the brother's final attempt to make it on air, and they did. Here is to hoping that the fourth time is indeed the charm.

Get to know Garrett and Dakota by watching the video below. I will definitely be cheering them on this Friday night, I hope you will be too.
