See Inside This Midwest Bank Turned Home For Sale
When it comes to unique real estate listings, I love when you find a home that used to be something else.
Like a home that was once a barn. Or a home that was once a church.
Or, in this instance, a house that was once a bank.
Unique Zillow Listings
I came across this stunning make over home for sale on Zillow Gone Wild on Instagram... appropriate, if I do say so myself, because this house is kind of wild.
This former bank, now private residence, is located in Duluth, Minnesota.
When you see it from the outside, it screams stereotypical bank look. However, once you step past the original double-door atrium, it looks incredibly different!

While some original features have been kept, like the drop box and water fountain, most everything else has been updated.
The water fountain has to be one of my favorite original features. However, nothing can beat the vault!
The vault, safety deposit boxes, and gates are all still functioning, and are truly dazzling and in display in the pictures.
I love that they picked out this gorgeous green paint to do the interior in... I feel like it's money green, which is fitting for the former bank.
How much money are you going to have to invest in this bank if you want to live there? $499,000.
