Take a Look at Lansing’s Newest Fast-Casual Eatery
Lansing's newest fast-casual eatery has officially opened its doors, and soon its drive-thru too.
Previously, Lefty's Cheesesteaks was the eatery in this location, but that sadly closed some time ago. However, that did leave space for Lansing's newest eatery to open its doors in the waiting space.
New Restaurant Opens in Lansing
Welcome to Lansing; Middle Eats.
Middle Eats is a small, Michigan-based chain that announced this new location earlier this year. We didn't have to wait long, as it was only a few short months from announcement to opening.
It's located on Saginaw, just north of Frandor.
Middle Eats had its first day on September 3rd, serving up salads, bowls, and wraps with a fresh, Mediterranean twist.
Since Middle Eats so recently opened, I figured you might enjoy a sneak peek inside.

It also happened to be lunch time when I stopped by, so I grabbed a wrap and some hummus to go, here's a look at what I got: The Middle Eats wrap and a side of hummus. The wrap came with grilled marinated chicken breast, yellow rice, tomato, onion, pickles, and garlic spread, then topped with house-made dillio sauce.
If you like spicier things, the dillio sauce comes in a spicy version. The regular sauce was delicious, I just wish there was more of it.
And everything was so good that it had me wishing that I had ordered dessert. But there's always next time!
Middle Eats is one of many new eateries that have opened near Frandor recently; Jersey Mike's and Big Moe's Kitchen recently opened as well. Kind of making Frandor a hot spot for a lot of eateries. All I have to say is drive carefully.
