The city has seen eight new Michigan Lottery millionaires in the past decade. That's impressive, especially when you compare it to six new lottery millionaires in Lansing, despite the capital city's much larger population.

Multi-Million Dollar Winners Across Mid-Michigan

Some of the biggest wins in Mid-Michigan have been in Jackson as well, with two different players scoring $4 million in 2020 and 2024. Lansing had a $4 million winner in 2015. Multimillionaires have also been made in Charlotte, East Lansing, Grand Ledge, Holt, Mason and Owosso.
