It's officially closed. Google lists it as permanently closed, and WILX helped break this news today, June 5.
Hooters Abruptly Closes Multiple Locations
This closure comes as part of a wave of closures across the country, with about 30 locations closing across seven states, including Florida, Texas, the Carolinas, and more.

This closure is only a few months after Hooters filed for bankruptcy protection in March this year.
Former Hooters Locations
In years past, Hooters had many more locations across the Mitten State.
Grand Rapids had a location that closed in 2012. The Lansing location closed after almost 20 years back in 2019. The Bay City and Roseville locations have also closed over the years.
