I know, we just stuffed ourselves full of turkey for Thanksgiving and we're already talking about Christmas dinner. There are two reasons. When I was growing up we had ham at Christmas. Some families, as you can see by the statistics, like turkey too. There was something about eating all that ham with the sodium in it. Maybe it was getting bloated after all that consumption of sodium. Saracasm aside, ham is a solid choice. Turkeys are too, I prefer my turkey deep fried.
