This Michigan Cocktail Bar Has Been Picked As The Best In The State

I love meeting up with friends and coworkers to unwind and catch up at the bar.

My favorite bar to grab a cold beer is Bob's Bar on Michigan Street.

The staff is super nice, my miller lite is always served in a frosty cold glass and they have perogies on the menu.

Thanks to Gail, I get them every time with sour cream and horseradish mixed together and it's so freaking good.

When it comes to getting a cocktail I love Buffalo Traders Lounge on Fulton.

My wife and I first found it after moving into a home nearby.

The inside has a cool vibe and the outdoor patio is open when the weather is nice.

But what really matters is the drinks, and I can say that I've yet to find a place that comes close.

My personal favorite is the Old Fashioned, but Nick and the crew are constantly working on new drink ideas that taste amazing.

If you're looking for great drinks made by incredibly talented Mixologists you should stop in.

While these two places are great, they were not picked as the best cocktail bar in Michigan.

This Michigan Cocktail Bar Has Been Picked As The Best In The State

Popular publication Tasting Table picked out the best bar in each state, and when it came to Michigan they went with The Sugar House in Detroit.

Here's what Tasting Table said about The Sugar House;

I never been to The Sugar House, but now I want to check it out next time I'm in Detroit.
