Ways To Reheat Thanksgiving Leftovers
There are several methods you can use to ensure that the food tastes just as good as it did on the day of the feast.
Microwave: The fastest way to reheat leftovers is in the microwave. It's suitable for reheating a single plate of leftovers
Oven: For items like stuffing, turkey, and sweet potato casserole, the oven is recommended. Reheat stuffing at 350°F for 30-40 minutes, turkey at 350°F for about 30 minutes, and sweet potato casserole at 300°F for about 15 minutes
Stock and Foil: When reheating turkey, place it in an oven-safe dish, add about 2 inches of chicken or turkey stock, cover with foil, and cook until it reaches 165 degrees
Slow Cooker: Use a slow cooker to reheat rolls, as it keeps them soft and warm for up to two hours
Moisture: To keep the moisture in the food, you can wet a paper towel and put it over the food while reheating, or use leftover gravy to keep it moist
