Homework Should be a Priority for Teenagers
Busy teens may be involved with sports practice, rehearsals and other extra curriculars. Never mind social aspects of being a teenager. So how do you help make homework a priority?
Routines let kids, especially teens, know what's expected of them. For example, when they get home from school, let them have a snack and take a short break, then make sure their next priorities are homework, chores and other responsibilities.
