Holiday Shoppers Ready for Thanksgiving and Black Friday

Who's ready to start their Christmas shopping on Thanksgiving and Black Friday?  One major change in the region is that the Meridian Mall will be closed on Thanksgiving Thursday.

Stores with exterior exits can choose to open, and JCPenney, Gordman's and Younkers have done so.  The mall will open at 6 a.m. Friday.  The Lansing Mall is not following suit, it will open at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Let's take a look at some of the local stores that will be open on Thanksgiving Day.  Kmart, Meijer, Dollar General, Gander Mountain, Dunham's Sports, Target, Walmart and more.
