The nachos, the wings, the chili, the guacamole!  It is all so tasty and the day of the Big Game seems like an incredibly good time to consume it.  What about the calories the day after?  Those delicious dishes pack some fat and calories, but they are oh so yummy.  Does it matter if it's just 1 day?  Do you work out harder the following week or stay clear of the biggest offenders all together?  Let me know how that works out for you on Monday!
