The sign is up at 107 S. Washington Square and it reads:  Glazed and Confused, an Urban Bakery.  According to the new owner, the donuts are made from scratch like everything else.

The original glazed and confused donut is a donut, with a donut hole put back on top.  They will make sticky buns with locally sourced pecans, roasted in-house.

The Maple Bacon Bar has real maple syrup and good bacon, bringing sweet and salty together.  Glazed and Confused will make scones and brioche cinnamon rolls.

The satisfaction for owner Pete Counseller is going to be watching people taste something they've never had the opportunity to taste, and seeing the look on their face.  Here's more from the Lansing State Journal.
