A new study has found that there are specific exercises that are the best to help with weight loss. One of the best is an exercise that I would never have thought I would enjoy, but I do. It's jogging, which seems to be better that any other exercise for losing weight.

The research done by the Chinese found that the benefits of regular physical exercise are more impactful in subjects who are more predisposed to obesity. Jogging for 30 minutes 3 times a week was found to be the most effective. I agree. When I lost over 50 pounds, I started jogging, and that is when I really noticed the change in my body, a change for the better. If jogging is not your thing, you can try different things like hiking, mountain climbing, walking, exercise walking, dancing, or maybe a long yoga session.

If you have the obesity gene, you don't have to throw in the towel. Find an exercise you can do, learn to enjoy it and you can lose weight or at least manage the weight you are at.
