ONLINE Kidney PATH series
If you are living with kidney disease, consider joining the upcoming online Kidney Personal Action Toward Health (PATH) workshop series presented by the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan (NKFM). Offered at no cost to participants, the virtual Kidney PATH workshop focuses on living with kidney disease. Each online workshop has a facilitator working with a small group to explore skills and tools to help you and your loved ones lead healthier lives. No transportation needed!
