Join Small Talk Children's Assessment Center as we celebrate the bravery of local children impacted by sexual and physical abuse. The 5th Annual Small Voices, Big Heroes Charity Event is set for October 11th, 2018 from 5p-7:30p at the Radisson in Downtown Lansing. This raises funds for Small Talk Children's Assessment Center, a children's advocacy center that provides a safe space for children to tell their stories about abuse and provides them with counseling services at no cost. The event is a live and silent auction with a large variety of unique and exciting items ranging from Pie for a year from Grand Traverse Pie Company, a stay at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, signed sports memorabilia, local restaurant gift cards and much more. 100% of the proceeds go back to Small Talk to support their mission of providing a comfortable, child-friendly atmosphere where children receive coordinated services during the child abuse investigative process.
