East Lansing’s Peanut Barrel Getting a Makeover

The Peanuts Barrel is getting a makeover, but the East Lansing staple won't lose its campus bar charms.

The Peanut Barrel closed Monday for renovations and should re-open on Sunday, Jan. 7.

Those renovations include refurbishing the floor, installing a new computer system and a fair amount of back of the house work.  Here's more from the Lansing State Journal.
