VIDEO: Who Remembers Ice Skating at MSU’s Dem Hall?
Did any of you ever ice skate at Dem Hall?
Demonstration Hall was built in 1928 to replace the old armory that was finally torn down in 1939. Since then, it’s been used for the Spartan basketball team, hockey team, marching band and ROTC.
The above video (quality not great but watchable) shows some great old film of kids and adults ice skating as well as memories of those who used to skate there. Take a look!
