Cadillac ATS-V Sedan Goes on Sale This Spring

Are you ready for a high powered version of Cadillac's smallest car?  Be prepared to pay a large sum of money.

The 2016 Cadillac ATS-V performance sedan will start at $61,460.  A coupe version will carry a base price of $63,660.

The Detroit automaker said Cadillac dealers have started taking orders for the ATS V-series.  It will be built starting this spring at GM's Lansing Grand River assembly plant alongside the standard ATS entry level sedan and coupe.

Cadillac also will roll out the next generation of its CTS V- series this summer.  Considered Cadillac's most powerful car ever, the CTS-V will have a supercharged 6.2 liter V-8 engine.  It will top out at 200mph and go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds.
