Americans Are Eating Better But Still Need Work
American's diets are a little less sweet and a little crunchier, but there is still a long way to go. Cutting out sugar, white bread, and also cutting out that artery clogging fat are all necessary goals for many Americans.
There is still too many people relying on foods that can contribute to heart disease, obesity, diabetes and other health problems that plague the U.S. This from a study released yesterday in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
The study says that despite improvements, Americans still have a ways to go to get their bodies healthy.
A good start is giving up the sugar, white breads, and pastas. You will notice an mediate change, for the good. And of course exercise helps a lot.
