Lately there seems to be an exorbitant amount of flying predators: buzzards, hawks, vultures, etc. There's usually more road kill in the fall months but for some reason I'm seeing more flying carrion-seeking birds than usual for this time of year...whether I'm driving on US127, 96, 94, 75, 69, 23 or back roads, I see these birds all over the place. Is there any particular reason? Are there more woodland creatures dying/getting killed or is there an unusual amount of graveyards being dug up and moved?
