When do you put your Christmas Tree up?

This is the weekend to decorate the tree, the house and the yard, that shouldn't be too hard right? When do you put your tree up? Thanksgiving weekend? When I was a kid we used to put the tree up on Christmas Eve and take it down on New Years day.  I like having it up a little longer.  Thank goodness for the YMCA lot by Pattengil!  It was easy to find (though I would have gone bigger), but it was easy and it was a donation to the Parkwood YMCA.
