In the photo gallery below, check out 21 things we enjoyed as kids that our parents told us were NO GOOD for us, would warp our brain, kill us, poke our eye out, cause decadence & juvenile delinquency, etc. But did it? Well, not for MOST of us!!!

And once you see the photos below, think about when you were growing up in our town…is it better or worse than you remember?

Did we have more fun than today’s kids?
Did we have more energy than today’s kids?
Did we do a lot more with a lot less than today’s kids?
Were things a lot safer then than they are now with today’s kids?
Were our foods as monitored as they are today?
Were things less politically correct?
Were we afraid to eat sugar? Or salt? Or climb trees?
Did we have more fun outside than inside?
Did we get cuts and scrapes and not sue someone for it?
Did we attempt to handle our own bullies?

If you answered in a positive answer – to ANY of the above – on the side of YOUR childhood, then congrats.

Following this photo gallery is a two-minute video. After watching, consider what today’s generation is missing out on, who’s responsible, and see what you think about the differences in the generations.....
