According to the Lansing State Journal, a sound wall that had been under construction along northbound U.S. 127 between Grand River Avenue and Lake Lansing Road is on hold for at least the next month.

The project is stalled until after Labor Day because of supply issues.  There are some issues with the production of the posts and panels, basically the wall itself.

The $6 million MDOT project will include the construction of an 18 foot tall noise blocking wall along 4,700 feet of northbound U.S. 127.
