UFO Above Lansing, Mi, Summer 2015

Okay, here's a video someone posted on youtube last August, of what appears to be some kind of UFO.

I don't recall hearing anything about this at the time...do you?

Is it a hoax, a drone, a blimp or something else? You kinda wonder if it's a toy, and then it disappears behind a building, making it obvious it's MUCH bigger than a toy.

Anybody recall this? It's a new one on me. Click and watch.
