Two New Lansing Area Mexican Restaurants Open for Business

Two new Mexican restaurants are now open for business in the Lansing area.   One of the new restaurants to check out is Taqueria El Chaparrito in Old Town.

The authentic taco joint isn't the only new Mexican restaurant in town.  They join Tacos Monterrey, which opened in downtown just this week.

According to the Lansing State Journal, Taqueria El Chaparrito serves up a range of tortas, burritos, tacos and quesadillas with different meats.

They have a full condiment bar with veggies and house-made salsa so customers can tailor their orders.  Tacos Monterrey serves up a range of tacos, burritos and quesadillas.
