Four developments will make an impact on Greater Lansing's future.  General Motors Lansing plant is one of them.  GM just this month wrapped up a $583 million investment for retooling and new equipment for future vehicles to be built at the Lansing Delta Township Assembly plant.

Another development is the Michigan Avenue Corridor.  Developers are spending close to $500 million to revitalize the Michigan Avenue corridor to bridge the gap between Lansing and East Lansing.

Next up, the Outfield Apartments.  The $11 million Outfield Apartments complex at Cooley Law School Stadium is the first residential development inside of a professional baseball stadium.

Number 4 on the list is Sparrow's $100 million in developments.  Sparrow is investing a projected $100 million in three projects throughout Lansing.  Click here on the Lansing State Journal to read up on all the great things taking place in Lansing, Michigan.
