My whole family has enjoyed many great meals at the House of ING in Lansing on S. Cedar Street.  House of ING opened back in 1967 and I remember going there with my grandmother for a wonderful Chinese meal.

House of ING will serve its last meal on Thursday March 31.  I plan on taking my wife Lori, so I can order my favorite entrees,  Chicken Almond Ding and Beef Fried Rice along with two egg rolls.

The owner of the restaurant is Napoleon Ching, who has owned and operated the House of ING for the past 30 years.  Ching said, the focus of the company is moving towards the expansion of their four INGcredible restaurants.

My family can't tell you how many great meals we've had at House of ING.  We can tell you this, we're really going to miss it.  The House of ING will continue their catering services.  Here's more from the Lansing State Journal.
