Domingo

Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Monday - Saturday 10am-2pm

Bio:
Domingo is no stranger to the radio business, having been mixed up in it for over 10 years (yes, he’s counting his college days and internship).  He got his first real shot back in 2002 at this very radio station, serving as WFMK’s King of the Nighttime World (aka Overnight Host) and also hosted the Saturday Night Retro Show for a brief stint.

Since then, he’s bounced around the radio dial tasting different formats (Adult Contemporary, Country, Contemporary Hit Radio, Mainstream Rock….. even Classic Hits and Oldies!!)

Over the years, Domingo has met A LOT of interesting people (many local folks, and even some well known celebrities.) He’s met Michelle Branch (she’s much cuter in person), Tommy Chong ("he asked me if I had a green card"), Louie Anderson, Larry The Cable Guy and Weird Al… just to name a few. He’s interviewed Ted Nugent (a great guy), comedian Greg Proops, even NKOTB star Jordan Knight (surprisingly very cool in person).  Ringo Starr once pointed at Domingo. ("That's the closest I ever got to contact with one of The Beatles.")

Domingo hopes to build many more radio memories in the years to come.  He’s glad to be back home at 99.1 WFMK.

Domingo is married to Layne, has a devilishly clever little boy named Jorryn, has a baby on the way in March and has two crazy cats (Ophelia and Linus).
