Yesterday Danny and I were talking about a news story that claimed if you are a runner you will live 3 years longer.   So, not being a runner (for a very long time) I decided to start yesterday.   I know the key in the beginning is moderation , so I told Danny that I would run for five minutes yesterday.....well, don't want to brag, but I ran for 6 minutes.   Today I am going to try 10 minutes.  My mind is all a go, my body?   Not so much.            Getty Images
