Green Party candidate Jill Stein has said she doesn't expect to change the outcome, but wants to test the integrity of voting systems.

All of the 136,000 ballots cast in Ingham County on Nov. 8 have been delivered to one location and are secure..

The county's clerk, Barb Byrum, was in her office Sunday waiting for a U.S. District Court judge to decide when a recount of Michigan presidential election ballots could begin.
