Tuesday could have been a very disappointing night for the Common Ground Music Festival in Lansing, but Joshua Davis helped to save it.

The folk singer, who recently placed third in "The Voice," stepped in for headliner Meghan Trainor, who abruptly canceled her performance due to vocal issues.

Plenty of people still turned out despite the cancellation, and despite the weather. And Davis, a Michigan native, didn't disappoint.
