Pancakes Anyone?

Even though I can have pancakes anytime I want them, they still always seem special.  I have had them with apples, I have had them with bacon, I've had them with blueberries cream on them.  Before I start to getting all Dr. Suess on you I want to recommend the recipe in the Lansing State Journal today:  Pancakes with apples and bacon...yum!

What a great breakfast to wake up to on Christmas morning!.  Do you like yours plain or with something in them or on top of them?  What is the craziest pancakes you've ever had?
