May 24 marks the 28th year of the disappearance of Paige Renkoski.

This has remained one of the - if not THE - most famous cold cases in Lansing history.

On May 24, 1990, Paige's Oldsmobile Cutlass Calais was found still running, with her purse and shoes inside but no sign of the driver.......ANYwhere. And it has remained thus ever since.

Thousands of tips have been given to authorities but they haven't led to anything definitive in this case that has been plaguing the Mid-Michigan area for over a quarter-century.

So just where IS this "maroon minivan" that people say they saw parked next to Paige's car alongside I-96 minutes before she disappeared? Was an owner ever located?

We've heard the tales about who has been suspected in the past: 1) a group of three or four men and 2) just ONE man...not to mention different races, sizes, sexes, ages, etc.

I have no theories, no leads, no suspects...just hope this mystery gets solved so the family can get closure and put it to rest.

The video below was from 2015…..three years ago.

It’s a six-and-a-half minute clip from Fox News. They re-trace Paige’s footsteps, take you to the scene of her disappearance, show artist’s renditions of suspects, ask questions but give few answers and relate what they have done – and are STILL doing – to solve this case.

They keep saying “somebody out there knows what happened”…well, sure. Whoever is responsible………….and a slim chance even Paige herself.

It remains one of Michigan’s most notorious cases and continues to intrigue all of us who recall when the incident occurred. Watch the video.
