President Obama will deliver his seventh State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress tonight at 9.  It will be his first speech before a republican majority in both chambers but unlike in years past, the content of the speech itself won't be much of a surprise.

Obama has spent the past two weeks rolling out his policy proposals on a daily basis.  Among other things, the White House says Obama will declare a full on economic "resurgence," even as many Americans say it still hasn't affected them.

As a result, the president has repeatedly said his goal in 2015 is making sure more Americans feel the recovery.
