MSU's $24 million north end zone stadium project will be complete by late July in most spots and early August in others.

Spartan Stadium's pre-existing tunnel has been widened for several reasons.  The ground floor will contain the much larger home and visiting locker rooms, training facilities for both teams and enough space outside the tunnel for a semi-truck to back in to load and unload team equipment.

It also has a permanent area for MSU's communications staff to link up with the Big Ten Network studios in Chicago.  Here's more from the Lansing State Journal.
